The Client Info Form and \"<a href=\"https:\/\/therapistsd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Informed-Consent.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Informed Consent<\/a>\" are each four pages and will provide helpful information for you and me.  The Office Guidelines form is one page and only requires a signature and date at the bottom.<br \/>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-2\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">2.\tOnce at the building, have a seat in the waiting room in suite 308.  There\u2019s a little kitchenette in the waiting room area.  Feel free to get some cold water or hot tea.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-3\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">3.\tI\u2019ll be out at our appointment time to bring you to my office where we can begin.  Just remember the pressure is not on you.  The first session I like to get a general overview of your struggles and goals.  Again, there is no pressure and if you\u2019re on the quiet side, I\u2019ll have plenty of questions.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-4\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">4.\tThe standard session is 50 minutes in length.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-5\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">5.
